Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in southwestern Uganda, famous for hosting nearly half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas. The park is characterized by dense rainforest, rich biodiversity, scenic hills, and unique birdlife, making it one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife destinations.
Day 1: Masindi – Bwindi Buhoma
Early morning departure from Masindi, driving via Hoima and Fort Portal. Lunch en route. Proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (Buhoma sector). Evening arrival, dinner, and overnight in Bwindi.
Day 2: Gorilla Trekking – Transfer to Mbarara
Early breakfast, then report to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing. Enjoy the unforgettable gorilla trekking experience. After the trek, drive to Mbarara. Dinner and overnight in Mbarara.
Day 3: Mbarara – Entebbe - OR MasindiBreakfast, then drive to Entebbe or Masindi with a lunch stop. Drop-off at hotel or airport.
