Route: Entebbe – Murchison Falls – Queen Elizabeth – Bwindi – Lake Mburo – Entebbe
Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe
Arrival at Entebbe International Airport at 11:10 AM. Meet and greet by our safari guide, followed by a midday transfer to your hotel. Afternoon at leisure to rest after the flight. Dinner and overnight in Entebbe.
Day 2: Entebbe – Murchison Falls National Park
Early morning departure from Entebbe driving north-west to Murchison Falls National Park. Stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for guided rhino tracking. Continue to the park and in the afternoon visit the Top of the Falls, where the Nile squeezes through a narrow gorge. Dinner and overnight in the Murchison Falls area.
Day 3: Murchison Falls National Park
Early morning game drive on the northern bank of the Nile, searching for elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, and antelopes. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon Nile boat cruise to the base of the falls, with excellent wildlife and bird viewing. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Murchison Falls – Queen Elizabeth National Park
Morning departure for a scenic full-day drive south-west to Queen Elizabeth National Park, passing through rural landscapes and towns. Evening arrival, dinner, and overnight near the park.
Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains, a prime area for spotting lions and Uganda kob. In the afternoon, enjoy a Kazinga Channel boat cruise, known for high concentrations of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and birds. Dinner and overnight.
Day 6: | Queen Elizabeth – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest (Ishasha)
Drive south through the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions. Continue to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, arriving in the evening. Dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing at 8:00 AM, followed by an unforgettable gorilla trekking experience in the forest with professional rangers. Return to the lodge in the afternoon to relax. Dinner and overnight in Bwindi.
Day 8: Lake Mburo National Park
Morning drive to Lake Mburo National Park, the smallest savannah park in Uganda. In the evening, enjoy a game drive or guided nature walk, offering chances to see zebras, impalas, and elands. Dinner and overnight.
Day 9: Lake Mburo – Entebbe
Early morning game drive in Lake Mburo National Park. After breakfast, drive back to Entebbe, arriving in the afternoon. Overnight in Entebbe.
Day 10: Departure
Morning at leisure. Afternoon transfer to Entebbe International Airport in time for your 4:00 PM departure.
