Itinerary
4:00 AM – Pick-up from Kampala
Early morning pick-up from your hotel or residence in Kampala and drive to Murchison Falls National Park via Luweero and Masindi.
7:00 AM – Arrival at Masindi Gate
Entry and registration at the park gate before proceeding into the northern sector.
8:30 AM – Morning Game Drive
Game drive in search of elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, warthogs, hyenas and various bird species.
1:00 PM – Lunch
Lunch at a safari lodge or picnic area inside or near the park.
2:00 PM – Boat Cruise on the Nile
Boat cruise along the Victoria Nile to the base of Murchison Falls with views of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes and water birds.
5:30 PM – Top of Murchison Falls
Visit the Top of the Falls and watch the Nile squeeze through a narrow gorge before dropping 43 metres.
7:30 PM – Exit Park
Check out through Masindi Gate and start the return journey to Kampala.
10:00 PM – Arrival in Kampala
Drop-off at your hotel or preferred location.
