This one-day safari takes you from Masindi to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest and most famous park, known for its powerful waterfall where the Nile squeezes through a narrow gorge and its rich wildlife including elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and many bird species.
Pick-up is at 6:00 AM with a professional driver/guide, followed by a scenic drive into the park. Enjoy a morning game drive where you may spot elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and other wildlife in their natural habitat.
At around 1:00 PM, enjoy lunch at a nearby lodge or picnic area inside/near the park. After lunch, proceed for a guided hike to the Top of Murchison Falls, where you witness the powerful Nile forcing through a narrow gorge and enjoy breathtaking views. (No boat cruise included in this itinerary.)
After the experience, begin your return journey to Masindi, arriving at around 3:30 PM.
